The History of H&C Optik
1999
Our story began. We founded H&C Optik with a clear vision: to bring quality optical lenses to the world. That year, we took our first steps into the global market, starting our journey as an export trading company.
2002
To turn our vision into reality, we established our home – Factory No. 1 in Danyang, China. Here, we built our very first production line. This marked our transition from traders to manufacturers, as we began the large-scale production of 1.49 and 1.56 index lenses.
2013
A pivotal year that marked our truly global reach. Our products had now found a home in over 60 countries, spanning all seven continents.
2016
Driven by growing demand and a commitment to innovation, we expanded our capabilities. We opened Factory No. 2 in Danyang and established our second and third production line. This significant investment allowed us to enter the high-index lens market, commencing mass production of 1.60, 1.67, and 1.74 lenses.
2024
This year our annual lens export value exceeded USD $20 million. This milestone was a testament to the trust of our global partners and the dedication of our entire team.
2025
Our pursuit of progress continues. This year, we launched our fourth production line. We are now proudly manufacturing 1.59 Polycarbonate (PC) lenses on a large scale, offering superior impact resistance needs of the market.
